The Sequoia Project was founded by Dale Meyer in September of 2023, what started as a passion project to make experienced based consulting and mentoring services available to small businesses has since flourished into a trusted and reliable source for information and education for entities of all sizes from across the globe.
With experience spanning across an array of industries and countries we have amalgamated years worth of data, processes and innovation to make running & operating your business simple and generate results.
Each business, circumstance and operator we work with are different and require a tailored, intentional approach. DALE MEYER
Founder and Principal
Dale Meyer is a former Structural Engineer and the founder of The Sequoia Project as well as 5 other businesses. With a team of 50 staff he has now made those businesses as passive as practical and spends his time helping others do the same.
"The journey to get here was not easy and I realise now the pain, stress and anxiety that could have been saved if I knew the lessons I know now.
I want the time I have now to be meaningful, so I have revised the systems and principles that have contributed to our repeated success and would like to provide the kind of platform I wish I had when I was going it alone."

Developer & Project Manager
Sam is the technical brain behind The Sequoia Project. With the demand we've experienced in recent times it has become essential to invest in new ways of delivering information. Right now we operate exclusively one to one or one to many but the future of The Project will consist of personalised member applications, online information hubs, B2B directories, reading lists and summaries and business & personality test all courtesy of Sam and his big brain.

Administration & User Experience Coordinator
Audrey has been an integral part of a handful of Dale's business ventures and naturally gravitated towards this project due to her desire to help others. All correspondence, logistics and heavy lifting behind the scenes will pass through her experienced and capable hands .
